i asked for prosecco and it came to the room because it was a special day for me and my fiance, they did more than i thought they would. the people working there, like the front desk, room service, and bar, were all super friendly. i had one of the better espresso martinis i have had in a while the first night.
the bathroom DO not have a lock.

i was a little disappointed with a couple of things , the room overlooked a street with trams , the noise from the trams was quite noticeable , especially in the early morning , i had to close the window to get some sleep. also , the breakfast buffet , while adequate , wasn't quite up to par , the selection of pastries was limited , and the coffee machines weren't working properly one morning were good.
